As a professional ghost chaser... I must tell you that I will have to check out the whole area and bring all my equipment. It's not cheap, but, since I'm planning on being in La Paz in November maybe we can work something out.

As a professional graphic artist/photoshop expert ... It's your neighbor's porchlight reflecting off the wall.

Glad to help either way.

Can't wait to be in the city of peace.

It is because when you look out across the water in La Paz you are actually facing west. In other towns on the sea you are facing east, and the sun is setting behind you.
Or it might be because La Paz is such a laid back, pleasant, romantic place to be, and a margarita along the malecon is almost psychedelic....

I would have to say that it is one of the missing weapons of mass destruction.

Please send it back to iraq where it belongs.

Thanks.

:)

A Golden Hummingbird...

No doubt it is probably just a reflection, but isn't it fun to think of spirits? Has anybody died on or near the property?

Ghosts? Think maybe ghosts are pigments of an overactive imagination. Sorta of a want-to-see-one thing. If you want to believe in ghosts and want to see ghosts, that's fine with me.
