Bruce has an eye for detail!:) The trailer does look a little small.:light: The boat sticks out about 3' past the trailer.:( For $25k they ought to throw in a double axle trailer that fit's the boat.:?:

Does your eye for detail tell you that it is the 'boat' that is for sale?...nothing I could read in the post said anything about a 'trailer'.;)

Surely every boat ad states whether the boat comes with a trailer or not...and I have to tell you my bathroom library is full of boat ads.:smug:

Not that long ago that trailer would have been the best that one could hope for in these parts. I would not discount it too much these days, either. Looks adequate enough to get from home to the ramp. When you trailer it back home to Kalifornia or Iowa you can always get a bigger one.

But...like Dennis Miller often says...."I could be wrong."

It appears to maybe 20' and without trailer 25K?
I admit knowing little on pricing, but that shocks me.

Honda engine = $10,000 minimum if in good shape/low hours
Trailer (if included) = $1500-$2000 max.

Boat itself = $13,000 - $15,000. Not a bad price at all, I wouldn't think. AND...it is in Baja already. That is worth a lot of time and expense.

Everyone looks at things differently, I know. they did not give us much to go on so what I think is meaningless.
75 hp motor (NEW) $8500
18-20' Boat (NEW) $11-12,000...No electronics...Bimei set to for back, graphics ?????
Trailer.....I would not give $200 for that thing.

I am never right 100% of the time, Al. The motor may indeed be a small 75hp, I cannot tell from the photo...but in that case the boat may be a little underpowered. I had assumed it to be a Honda from 115 -225 hp.

The trailer is only worth what the market will bear...and while in this case I agree that it is not a quality unit, it is in Baja.

The bimini set more aft allows for free-style casting on the foredeck...a must for me when in the dorado paddies.

Whatever the case, talking about boats is always good fun. ;D

i think he said the moter was a 150hp...but could be wrong...

could be a 115 but...

it would use way less gas than my 200hp 2 cycle and way more quiet!!!

dorado yesterday was just off the point...you could see land easily...

bait was just in front of the Mulege lighthouse

The Hull appears to have been built with the Larger than necessary Motor attached.
Bob is that not a "Sinola Dope Hauling Hull" with the Consoul Added??

When I bought this boat, I had the same thoughts.
26' Hull with 300 V8 outboard ??

Actually, It's the best boat I ever owned.
Guess who was always first to the fishing and dive spots ??
