How was the party?

Sadly, I had to fly up to Guerneville in North. CA. My father is not doing so well. BHL will come up on the 9th.
I hope everybody had a great time.

I thought the Viva Baja Cactus party was one of the most amazing times I have ever spent in the city of Tijuana.

Here are 10 reasons why Viva Baja Cactus kicked ass:

1. Our itinerary was well laid out with our allotted time at each stop spaced comfortably,
2. Our group had English-speaking guides,
3. We had a full police-escort through the streets of Tijuana,
4. Our motorcoach was large and comfortable for everyone,
5. The service at each of our stops was very professional and courteous - individual needs were accomodated.
6. The food at Los Arcos was FIRST RATE. Best Mariscos I've ever tasted in the city of Tijuana.
7. Rubbing elbows with the likes of Graham Macintosh all day was worth the $20 alone. That guy is a living legend.
8. Meeting all of the tourism officials was kick ass. No more worries about corrupt police. I'm flashing the card I was given!
9. Buying the original Tijuana Historical Society t-shirt and taking photographs (w/o flash) of their vintage digital reproductions of what the Garrita Internaccional looked like in 1890.
10. Showing my friend Chris Glass how fortunate he is to live in Tijuana with all of the great places he can visit with his family.

Ken,
You forgot reason number eleven.
Downing a shot of rattlesnake tequila! Smooth as silk, even if it was a bit gamey....

That tequila was really smooth. Next time, I'd like a shot or two w/o fermented snakeskin. Yech!:barf:
