New pier in Loreto

I can't find the post about the new pier being built in Loreto. I think it was a newspaper article in Sudcalifornia News in Spanish about the Muelle. Would the poster or somebody please give me the link, key words or repost. Thanks

What a complete load of crap that is. Why don't they ask the merchants how much these cruisers actually spend? My educated guess would be less than $30 a head and I'm being VERY kind. Not worth the trouble they create; closing off roads, closing up the port so we can't work, subjecting us to hawaiian shirts, white deck shoes and ridiculous sunglasses!
