Santiago Zoo Blog

I know there are still some on the board that remember when I started this project five years ago...boy, how the time flies. I wanted to let you know that I never gave up.

Against all odds, there has been some major progress. I put up a blog last week. Three posts tell the story and the recent developments. As with all blogs, start at the bottom with the post entitled "It Began With a Whimper.

I need to have a Spanish version, but those involved with me do not have sufficient language skills in both languages. I would love a volunteer translator for the current posts and ones in the future. Any takers?

Thanks....
MJ

Leo the lion recently had surgery on what we thought was a broken bone in his foot. X-ray's told a different story....

I remember well all of your work and diligence in causing this work to come to fruitation.........Remember well helping load fencing in El Cajon which would end up enlarging a prison for some of the animals, far down south, so they could at least move about.

Like your mother, who I was really proud to meet, you never give up...............Saludos!
