Gold in them thar closets

Oldtimers will love this: in cleaning out my 21-year-old's closet of unwanted clothes now that he's off to college my wife made a big pile of t-shirts to take to our local charity drop-off. While stuffing them in a bag something caught my I and I pulled out a brand new original Amigos de Baja T-shirt with the oval logo. AWESOME. Now I have a matched pair: one that Fang sent me (thank you) with the jumping bill fish after my wife used it as a paint rag  and this new find. Life is sweet.:bounce:

My treasure is a never worn T-shirt from McTaco, complete with golden arches. Great food in Ensenada. It's a sit down taco stand but when McDonalds hit town, they forced McTaco to change the spelling of their name and drop the arches from the logo. Now it's MkTaco.....no arches.

Anybody remember the old "Surf n Taco" T-Shirts (and taco stand/surf shop) at K38?? That was a classic shirt! Back when you could venture into Rosarito comfortably and get XXX's in the can...

I'm proud to own a number of Amigos t-shirts
I believe that I was the one to convince Eart et al to offer XXXL shirts with pockets.
