Farsha: The Care Asada at El Nido is Special- Domingo uses Sonoran Beef, it is done just right. The Best I have ever Had !

Farsha. For years my cousin who loved El Nido steaks would bring down for the winter, many two dollar bills, and each time he would go to El Nido's
to eat, he'd walk into the kitchen hand the "big guy" (can't remember the name) a two dollar bill and say, "I'd like the best T bone you've got". And
he always felt he did get it. Actually over the past 15 years of eating there, I haven't had anything I'd consider just o.k. Skeets right when he
said, "it's done just right"!!! And back to the subject of Valentines Day. I always hide a 'neat' valentines card in my suitcase, and put it on
Wendys bedsite table early in the morning of the "special day". I usually fix her breakfast in bed (if I can get downstairs quick enough to do it
before she gets up) and for dinner, she gets her choice of whatever restaurant in Loreto she would like. Which is either Mita's or El Nido or Mexico
Linda's. She also likes The Gallery on the Malecon. We've been experiencing that one now for about two years that it's been open. No disappointments
yet. Happy Valentines Day. Viva la mujer's

That sounds like a really nice Valentines Day PhilS.
Thanks for Info on the Restaurants - will give it a try next time in Loreto.
And will take up on the Dollar Bills - , I'm a spoiled Brat, when it
comes to food ( like - rather nothing then to be sorry), and it's amazing that this Bakshish thing works almost everywhere!
My Valentines day will probably look like this: up at 5:30am, drive to work, after a 12hours shift - driving back home, shower, supper, hit the sack!
Let's see if it runs different  >f<

Farasha: I think they are like 8; so far I've come up with a Valentine's Bingo Game...not sure how that's going to go; talking about family members
(names like mother, father, grandfather, etc); have them make a Valentine in ENGLISH for a beloved family member...30 3rd graders makes you want to
run out of class at 12:30 and have a serious martini!

bajabound - How about that - kids can collect shells and flat small pebbles from beach (and whatever they find there and is small and flat enough)
Then you let them create collages on a small board ( could be anything just firm enough- ie cardboard ) creating artistic pictures ( could be hung on
the wall then) maybe leave small areas free - for gluing photos in it, or make combinations with drawings. It could be made like a competition - best
PIC earns prices, good for creative and bigger kids.
Or glue it on small picture frames, Or on top of any small boxes ( filled with sweet afterwards) - thats for the rather restless or smaller kids good,
which have a shorter attention span.
Kids loved it when I introduced them to collages - free creativity - anything goes!
With shells they could also make wind chimes - or mobiles mixed with other materials.
I know it is not EASY with having control over so many kids - it is like to keep a bunch of fleas in order and under control. Worked for couple years
in an orphanage!
But you seem to enjoy this - otherwise you wouldn't bother -right??!! Keep me updated how it goes! >f<
