1. Sitting on a bluff, watching the shadows creep down from the cliffs to the sea.

2. Feeling the cold wet sand between the big toe and the one next to it during the morning launch.

3. Feeling the walls of the camper grow warm while you drink your morning coffee with a bodillo(sp?).

4. Leaning over the side of the boat and looking down at the shafts of light descending into the kelp forest below.

5. The frigid sensation of a coke going down after hours of heat in the car.

6. The exhiliration as the water rushes up your ankles the first time you step into the pacific.

7. Listening to the thunder of the surf pounding the beach next to your camper during a siesta.

8. laying on your back at night on a lonely beach on the cortez and being overwhelmed by a millions stars streching from end to end.

9. Putting on your sweatshirt in the morning and smelling the fireside smoke on it from the night before.

10. Making bait in the morning predawn darkness by the light of the lantern, waiting for the sun to appear.

11. The anticipation of a strike as your boat approaches diving birds and working fish.

12. That wonderful relief of stepping into an air conditioned ATM booth after midday grocery shopping.

Get up early for the sunrise:wow: and either go fishing or

play in the water or walk the dogs if it's too windy. After a

morning of catching fish or waves have a balleņa then a

siesta in the hammock in the shade:yawn: while the ceviche

marinates.....

Then get up and eat, play some more, beachcomb, cook,

read ,explore

possibly more cervezas and maybe a couple shots of tequila

or caņa and maybe some scrabble or making whoopee :o

More food and drink,

watch the stars for a while and then a nice nights sleep

with dreams of big fish and perfect waves.

Repeat as necesssary ;D

On every trip to Baja along with going to our usual places we go somewhere we have never been before and do something we have never done before While we are there.
Its all about the adventure
our plan is to not have a plan.
The farther we get from the USofA the less stress and worry we feel about the world and our hurried lives.
