Just happen to know of a 200 Acre Ranch down South of Palo Duro Canyon{2nd Largest Canyon in the States} loaded with Deer, Turkey, Coyotes,Elk, Javalina, Quail, and a few Mustangs. I can get it for $400 and Acre.

Population- Not much

Views-- Forever

Liberals-- None

Medical-- Best Veterans Hospital only 40 miles.

Girls-- Lots of Skinny Blonde Barrell Racers.

Building--No Restrictions

Taxes- CPR- little Tax

Nobody to give you a bad time-No Traffic- 320 Days of excellent weather- No AC needed in the Summer{3,500 Elev.} 45 Days of Winter--You could go to Baja for the Winter--No Income Tax.

Respectable- Responsible- Neighbors


Time to Settle in George!

I will come there after I settle in La Paz, need to get my Dusky, tackle, tools etc. Hopefully some time in April if all goes well....:biggrin:

Wiles: I am 8 miles South of Amarillo in Randall county. Live in timberCreek Canyon about 6 miles up from Palo Duro Canyon--Not far from Deaf Smith County{New Dairy Capitol of the World. and just announced New Wind Capitol!!

Spent 40 years in Baja Sur- Came back for Clean Air and Water and fewer People. Those Shinny Barrell Racers look a lot better off the Horse Vag!!

And I must say that I talked George in going to Baja! I Know now that Baja will never be the Same.
