Your right George. We have many good friends there and if Marco was still around this would have never happened, he and I would talk and work it out.
What bothers me is what is going on now and somebody not stepping up to the plate and making his word good.
I bet you won't be asking me who done it again!

Martin, why don't you just pay me the balance with the rent money and keep the trailer? If I sell it, I will have to deduct the damage that was done
to it yanking it off my property and years of neglect on the maintience from what Marco paid. If you keep it and pay me the rent, the money you get
after paying me off will recover what Marco invested. I prefer this solution and I think it is fair to everyone. Someone sould have offered that when
it was rented out and someone should have done this a long time ago. I need you to confirm this by e-mail as well as posted here so I know this is
really you and not a trick someone is trying to perputrate. You have my address.
