Thanks Antonio,

I now have the privaledge of paying an extra $35 per tank more in the US than I did last month in Baja for diesel.

We asked for you in El Rosario both times through but you were apparently up north both times. Wanna shake your hand someday.

Yesterday I tanked up at $2.31/gal. Today, that gas station was changing their prices ..... to $2.49/gal. That's a hugh jump for one day, don't ya think.

Thanks Antonio.

Here in Riverside I drove past a Food 4 Less station where gas was $2.87/gallon. The banner at the gas station claimes if you spend enough $$ in the store, you get .15 cents off per gallon. That may call for stocking up on refried beans and bottles of Tapatio!

10% discount on gasoline----

If you get a USAA Platinum Master Card they give you 10% off per gallon for one year from the time you sign up. At $3 a gallon, that is a 30 cent off per gallon. Then if you have a SAFEWAY CARD and buy your gas at Safeway after spending over $50 in the store, you get an additional 10 cents off per gallon, for a grand total saving of 40 cents off per gallon.

Now were talking!!!!!! Woo Hawwwwwwwww!!!!

Just today prices jumped a dime at noon!

I saw a 7-11 go from $2.93 to $3.03 between 11:30 and 12:30 today in Santee.

Arco was $2.93 in Santee...

Jumped even more over night:
Yesterday morning a Shell station I pass was $2.95...today it was $3.10!

I blame greedy station owners, not the oil companies. There is no way in hell the price goes up that quickly without the station owners manipulating the price in their favor...It's still the same batch of gas he was selling for 0.15 less yesterday.
