Hey for all of you guys/gals who read (Ha)

Normans list of books is probably the largest and the greatest in capitivity......................but it is over 43 pages long and I really doubt that most of you will wade through it.

David and I will be working on a shortened version that most of us can swallow without choking.

I appreciate what he has done as do a few other nuts on this board..........but don't be bothering the man for his list if you will never use it.

My TRADELIST is NOT 43 pages .

The message above does NOT apply to my list of duplicate books and journals which are available for trade or sale.
My trade list is only 5 pages, and I encourage Baja Bibliophiles to exchange lists or request mine.

BUT, please Email me directly, not thru this website. I am on a dial-up connection, and email is much faster for me than going thru a website.

Rockman

OK, Bernie, that does it! Sure, you and John M are nuts, but I am more normal than a certain Normal Nomad I could name. So knock it off or you will see my vicious temper up close and personal.

Back to Baja: Rockman is extremely knowledgeable about things written on Baja and if you have a Baja item you need more info on, try him (but keep a tight grip on it -:lol: )

Hope I didn't offend

but when I went to print out the list my printer said 43 pages....I will look again................Regardless this wonderful man has the most complete list of Baja words outside of the Smithsonian.

Neal, I just knew that you were laying along the dusty trail and plotting you next attack on the 'only normal' Nomad. We have gone through this before and I would hope that you could summon the decency to treat our relationship as kindly at you do of the one involving 'your' wife's in waiting.

In sumation.............keep pulling the dragons tail.........but leave mine alone!

Bernie, there are TWO lists... The big one is all the Baja publications known to Rockman... the small one is HIS want/ trade list... that he is offering to email people who may want to buy, sell or trade a Baja publication on THAT list.

A few years ago when Norm (Rockman) sent me the list, I was stunned to see my Baja guidebook listed as one he was seeking! We made a great trade... that's how I got the Howard Guilick (unpublished) El Camino Real notes and maps!

I also purchased an Erle Stanley Gardner book from Norm (Hunting the Desert Whale)... Great resource, for sure!!
