experienced housesitter for Loreto, July to ???

I'm living off the grid down here in El Juncalito and just can't make it past mid July with the humidity (I return to my house in Phoenix!) I find myself resenting the weather cause I'd like to stay longer....SO if you are in need of a great house sitter in the Loreto area for some of the summer months maybe we can work something out.

I've experience housesitting and boat sitting, short and long term, in Mexico...San Carlos, Puerto Vallarte, and San Miguel de Allende (including management of household staff), can provide references. I've lived in Mexico now more than half time for the last ten year. non smoker, at most 1-2 drinks a month (out for dinner or something), single, no dependents, own transportation, financially stable, etc etc etc. I like animals, can care for pets and garden.

I'm an artist and need somewhere to paint, quiet and light. swimming pool a huge plus. other than that...let's talk. U2U me. Roberta/"Peachy" VHF
