DishNetwork in Loreto or Nopolo

Friends are trying to gett connected to the 119 satellite in Loreto and Nopolo without succcess.

Is there anyone in that area that is connected to that satellite that could allow a personal visit to see the results?

A u2u would be accepted, or even better a call to 01-615-160-1009.

No Answer, BUT .....................

I have seen earlier posts where others have said they are getting Dish Network all the way down to the tip so it doesn't seem that it should not work.

Are they getting a rough approximation of the Elevation / Azimuth ?

I setup my first and subsequent systems by picking a Zip code at the same Longitude as my location and allowing for a higher elevation. I found (for me) that the elevation was about 4 degrees higher than El Centro (about 150 miles). It is probable that they would need an oversize dish, of course.
