Need attorney recommendations for Mulege area-

Can anyone with personal experience recommend an attorney located from Santa Rosalia to CD Constitution. One with land use/land lease issues experience a plus. Even better- an attorney with experience in Federal Zone land use issues. Good English skills required.

try this firm:
granvilla y granvilla
do a search. i hear they are good.

I would use Guillermo in Santa Rosalia. He is an attorney as well as a notario, which is what you need for land and real estate issues. After having dealt with him on a privitization of ejido land I think he is very knowedgable and competent. I do not have his phone number but could probably get it for you if necessary. I think he is number 20 on main street in Santa Rosalia headed west, just past the bakery on the left hand side.

If you have a problam here in Mulege then you need to get a person frome outside the county to help you. these locals will sell you out at the last minute. they all work together.

I also used Notaria #20 Guillermo Santillan Meza, in Santa Rosalia for both my land purchase and my incorporation work. He was both professional and a pleasure to deal with.

notaria20santillan@prodigy.net.mx

Calle Alvaro Obregon S/N
Planta Alta Exq. Con Calle Siete,
Col. Centro, Santa Rosalia,
Municipio de Mulege, BCS, Mex.

615-152-1470 tel / fax

Guillermo has minimal English Skills, but I also had the delightful pleasure to have the xlnt. services and help of Julieta, who helped with scheduling, translating, organizing, and keeping things on track. Julieta is very well versed in all things Real Estate and is as dependable as they come.

Julieta:
Julieta Medina Oronoz" julietabaja@hotmail.com
615-152-1031.

Both Julieta and Guillermo are now also friends who I can recommend without reservation. Julieta has helped me with several details way after the fact, and is just a gem!

If you contact either Julieta or Guillermo, please tell them David Hunt ~ the musician, cellist / conductor referred you and says hi! (They both have my music / CD's).

Best,
djh

Ditto for everything that DJH has said of Guillermo and Julieta. They handled our Fideo just recently.
