I keep hoping that the new one does become available. I saw a Baja Sur almanac sell for near $60. on Ebay a couple weeks ago, so there must be a lot of pent up demand.

The OLDER Almanac was TWO editions, Norte and Sur.... $12.50 each or 12.95?

The NEWER Almanac came out in Spring 2003 and is one book for all of Baja, and the maps are in full color for elevation and the sea... nice! Was $24.95

I saw some proof pages of the new one, pages of the San Felipe area and It looked great. Was not able to check road alignment etc but it's looking good. Heard that outside of orders from stores etc, he had over 900 direct orders backlogged.

You would think with all the people that want one, they would re-print the old copy and re-write it as they sell, then sell new ones to everyone, double their money, but what do I know?
