I was born in South Gate and, since I'm white, couldn't go back there without four or five interpretors and body armor.
Proud to be a Yankee Doodle American.

Live down by the Mexican Border by Mexicali. Living in Brawley and have been here for almost 40 years but soon, very soon that will all change . Will be on the road in my truck and 5th wheel traveling all of the U.S. first year
and then on to Baja, Mainland Mexico, Beliez, and then travel back down to Costa Rica and then Panama. I really liked Costa Rica as well as Los
Mochis and Maztalan but in any case will be leaving California before they can think of any more stupid S$$t to do with our tax dollars or allow to be
done here . Later---------------bajafun777

Temple City, Pasadena, San Gabriel, El Monte, Hanford, Fresno, Kingsburg, Cresent City, Oxnard, Camarillo, Culver City, Palms, Westwood, Burbank,
Arcadia, East Los Angeles, Carmel, Monterey, Big Sur, Sacramento, Alburn, Avenal, Coalinga, Davis, Calexico, Imperial Beach, Pebble Beach, Fort Ord,
Camp Cooke, Altadena, Redlands ---think we covered it!
Those are the places one or both of us have lived in California in the past 60 years, and they don't include the other CA--Central America where we
lived in Juticalpa, Honduras and Guatemala City.
Oh, also we now have a place in another California --- Baja Sur---Bahia Asuncion.
Dang, maybe someday we will settle down in one place---doubt it.
Diane and John
On edit, forgot one--- this was fun, we didn't realize there were so many places.

Yea, we missed Firebaugh---got distracted by the open market in Mendota. Went there whenever we missed the markets in Mexico. Tranquillty was
another hot spot.
We have a friend who is from Firebaugh---he said don't move there!.
Glad to see someone knows those little way out places in that valley.

I never thought I would hear of another person that lived in Arnold!! We started out( after a few years in Baja and Hawaii) living in Bear Valley and
moved down the road to Arnold, just about the same timeframe as you were there! Geez, it was a VERY small town then..might we know each other??holy
toledo Oh yeah, I am a Capo Beach gal, lived here since 1960 in between Baja and
Hawaii.
