Fathers Day border traffic?
Hey I might try to dash down to Rosarito area Sunday to shop for outdoor fireplaces/chimineas for my newly renovated back yard. Do you think the
border return would be lighter/heavier than usual due to Father's Day or no different?
If a man walks in the woods for love of them half of each day, he is in danger of being regarded as a loafer. But if he spends his days as a
speculator, shearing off those woods and making the earth bald before her time, he is deemed an industrious and enterprising citizen. Henry David
Thoreau

Who would know? It's the very worst time of the week to cross so, Fathers Day or not, you won't like it.

Traffic ?
While not relating directly to Traffic, in my early years working for GTE, I read an interesting statistic regarding telephone traffic on Mama and
Papa Day.
Mother's day Sunday was the busiest day of the year for Long Distance Calling.
Father's day Sunday was no different from any other Sunday.
For Whatever that's worth.

I'd speculate that's because a lot of peoples' dads are real "mothers" and probably get their call on mother's day as well.

I wonder if Rodney Dangerfield had any children. He would say,
"fathers don't get no respect."
Furthermore, you are not going to enjoy Father's Day if you dedicate it (or any other Sunday) to TJ border traffic.
By the way, the thumbs down at the top of my post does not refer to Mr. Bill's quote. It pertains to Marla's question.

Likely same as it ever was. More folks go out for Mother's Day then Father's Day, but.........it is still the busiest land border crossing in this
universe.
