Office Depot Superstore New in Rosarito

Construction started a just a few weeks ago and the store is almost completed, located on the far north end of Benito Juarez Blvd., adjoining the large Calimax grocery store parking lot.

Rosarito has its crime and political and infrastructure problems, all of which I am not qualified to assess, but, if very large, successful and smart corporations are willing to invest big bucks to quickly build a retail business facility that is maybe (guessing) 100,000 sq. ft. in size, then, that signals to me that the big money smart people are looking into the future and betting that the city will keep growing in a good way with sustainable growth and increased general prosperity.

I have also watched the store being built, and have wondered how long before it is tag'd with graffiti IM sure it wont take long.,

While I agree that it is nice to see that some investors are moving large businesses into the area, I wonder how long they will stay if things continue to spiral downhill safety wise as they have been.

Did you happen to notice also that there will be a Wal Mart, Apple Bees, VIP movies, Home Deopt and a bunch of other stores comming as well. They will be where they used to have the End of summer Fiar.
