Federales and Radar
The Federales are really active with radar in the area just south of Santa Rosalia.
If you see the black patrullas, better slow down. They are issuing lots of tickets.

if they are running radar, methinks by the time you see the black patrullas, it might be a tad too late to slow down.......

No. There's no limit to the speed, only the tolerances when caught.
You have to look closely to what is called radar. The Tecate can on the end of a pool cue is most accurate.

Dang thats funny! About as funny as 'Your license and registration please' in thickly accented english. You better be just as glib when discussing
the problem with the Federal Policeman and his partner.

You're right. Point well taken but, it leaves me at a loss. What is the accepted demeanor, respectful groveling? Or, would it be
shoulder-hunching stupidity? I've seen those in action and they don't seem to work.

Since LE officers hold your immediate future completely in their hands, I think that "respect" and "a little humility" might be in order when dealing
with them--------duh!!!!!.
Short of that, treat them as you would treat anybody else that you are doing business with----to do otherwise is against your best interests
everytime.

It's probably been a while for you, Dennis, but I would throw in genuflection.

for us simpletons....
Genuflection:
an act of reverence consisting of falling onto one knee.
Today the term is used in the Catholic Church for communion

Is that how it works now? When I was in Catholic school, we had to sit on the priest's lap to receive communion. How things have changed.

This works
With license and registration in hand, bless yourself while muttering ''Jesus, Maria y Jose!''
