Federales and Radar
The Federales are really active with radar in the area just south of Santa Rosalia.
If you see the black patrullas, better slow down. They are issuing lots of tickets.

No. There's no limit to the speed, only the tolerances when caught.
You have to look closely to what is called radar. The Tecate can on the end of a pool cue is most accurate.

Since LE officers hold your immediate future completely in their hands, I think that "respect" and "a little humility" might be in order when dealing
with them--------duh!!!!!.
Short of that, treat them as you would treat anybody else that you are doing business with----to do otherwise is against your best interests
everytime.
