I tried something there that looked like a fritter but, it wasn't. I don't know what it was, using Tutti's fritters as a benchmark.

For those of us who do NOT know Ensenada or it's landmarks, where is a Tutti's on Highway 1 going through town? Give us some landmarks, again?
(Make it simple.)

Here is a map of the Tutti's that I'm familiar with -
Easy to get to while heading south through town.

Wow, Bruce, you've been here how long? A couple of weeks and you already know where all the donut shops are? Were you a cop or something?

Asian Donut Guys and/or Gals
Not Viet, but Cambodian ? Since the information I have on the subject is only empirical and confined to YV and Hemet, I can't proffer any statistical
data regarding ethnic distribution of Donut Shop Ownership.
Not that it makes a difference who is making those GOOD donuts but, my question would be "How do you know that" ? Has there been a study done on
immigrant donut shops ? And where ? Is there some sort of statutory limitation that requires they be Cambodian ?
Regarding the Panaderias, as I stated regarding San Felipe, I have tried quite a few and the Donuts just aren't the same. Perhaps that's not the case
in other towns. If not, I would wonder why ? Do they employ Cambodians ?

No. We're going down to Baja to drink massive quantities of Pacifico. You eat donuts while waiting for the beer store to open.

For the record - I don't like doughnuts. The only reason I have a photo of Tutty's is that I was fueling up my truck at the Pemex and my daughter
burst out in laughter, and requested I take a photo of the sign.
