WOW 78 on my porch

Everyone around here is talking about the fact that this is the coolest July anyone can remember
It is 6:20 and I would guess that last year on this day it was probably 85 or 90.
How about global cooling here in La Choya?
Let me state immediately that I am not complaining...here it is July 18 and we have not had our a/c's on yet this year.
whoopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee:bounce::bounce::bounce:

Yeah, cool in Central Cal as well,
not much past 80 today,
saw green on doppler from Sacramento north to Canada.

Global warming!!!
Sure glad Albore is on top of it,
looks like he has already come up with some solutions,
been mostly a cooler summer here as well.

Low 90s here and the water is still chilly as compaired to last year. Not good for the dorado fishing but the sleeping without AC has been awesome.

70 this morning and it was probably a little cooler before the sun came up because I was considering getting up for more covers.

This cant be happening for any reason but cool water in the Sea, no? Is the water in the high 70s or something? Green water inshore?

Hook
Yes the water is still cool. Went for my morning swim and although it is a little warmer than a week ago, still cool and refreshing.
We have been getting sea breezes that are delightful. The air is probably in the mid 70's that blows in across the sea.
That big high sitting out west is really influencing our weather. And keeping the storms away.
I remember a July about 9 years ago when my girlfriend and I wound up lying on the porch under the misters. We tried reading but the books got too heavy from all the water.

Call me old-fashioned, but I thought that's what misters and missuses do. Just dont sweat on the books so much next time.

That is hilarious. Good one Hook. Wish I'd seen it first.
