Possible Nomad sighting
Time of the day 5:50 AM, Im on my daily drive from National city to Oceanside on I-5 around La Costa exit .When I notice a black or dark blue Chevy
Avalanche with a camper shell trailing my truck,suddenly it passes me and positions it self in front of me.Thats when I realize it's car plates, they
read like this. AV4BAJA
Any takers or someboby knows this person, the truck didn't have any noticeable decals ...?

I think this truck I saw a few days ago might belong to an occassional nomad poster:
It's a really nice truck, and I wanted to buy one like it here in Montana. Turns out they're having a special deal on Tacomas here: buy a used one and
save $39.95.
I ended up with a Frontier, so my 1991 Ford F-150 Pizza truck will be sold.

It's funny how a thread can take life of his own,it all started about a Chevy Avalanche and now it's about Nissan Frontiers.Ha Baja nomad is

Im sorry to hear that ken ,I was thinking maybe we can meet in Baja Grande 11,but
don't know If my full size truck can make it where you guys are going.HOOK was asking the same question in your thread,about his full size truck.

I don't know why a full-sized pickup wouldn't be able to attend. There is nothing extreme on this trip except for a few hillclimbs on the Mission
Impossible Trail outside of Catavina. If taken carefully, your stock-height fullsized truck will do just fine driving out of Mission Santa Maria.
Air down your tires, and idle on up the hills.
Now, the Baja Pole Line Road would be another story!!
Victor's lifted Pickup truck on the Pole Line Road took a serious beating later this evening after we missed the turn up Basketball Hill...

 Nice ride Don,but methinks it needs Jacks of Diamonds, on the doors at
least! You're not missing much golds,only much cold water. Our amigo Sergio,said he had four days of no bites. He had a flyfishing customer one
day,and found a school of small dorado. When he threw out sardina,they scattered! Strange days indeed!
