25 days and counting
Headed to BOLA from Central CA, spend almost a week there. Go to Meling and observatory on the way home and a little wine tasting in the Guadalupe
Valley. Capped off with a nice dinner or lunch at Laja.
No se apure y dure.
Don\'t hurry and you\'ll last longer.

perfect plan
enjoy! after living in fresno for more winters than i care to count, i can relate to the anticipation of going south. when we moved here in may,
2004, i did not shed a tear as we caravanned down 99 on our way to our house in ensenada.
don't miss vinisterra winery in san antonio de las minas. and in the guadalupe valley, pijoan winery is great, if you can find it

Have a great time Vida! If you happen to be passing my area midday, and want to join up for lunch, call me in the AM on your way south. Is Dick going
too (perhaps a silly question)?

Navigator- don't need no stinkin' navigator

Yep, thebajarunner is indeed going along,
don't need a navigator- never been lost in Baja.
(Of course there were a few times when I did not have any idea where I was, but never got lost)
We stay at a little cove just North of La Gringa, sort of up the road where all the trash is dumped, then out to the beach.
The lads are lobbying for a more civilized stay somewhere in town, but the remote beach has its benefits.
Elgatoloco knows the spot, he camped near us a couple years ago and we fired some rockets at his camp, just to try and establish territory, so to
speak.

That is near the Humfreville's Las Cuevitas as described in Mike's book 'In the Shadow of the Volcano' (all Nomads should have this one)...
