We will have a full report along our trip and upon return. We should have internet access where we are staying!!! (one of the reasons we are staying
there!) and thanks so much to all of you with your birthday wishes!
We just had our neighbors over for some great filet mignon as only bajamigo can make it; our friends brought, and we've been through all of our cook
books, and we are all struggling with this one -- DEEP FRIED ICE CREAM....we know this is a traditional Mexican dessert but even our friends who
brought it can't remember the Spanish name! HELP US PLEASE!
Friends don't let friends drink white zinfandel.

they call it HELADO FRITO or NIEVE FRITA

Happy Belated Birthday Kathleen!!
Well not really belated as I wished you a Happy Birthday
yesterday at school. I know you and Vince will enjoy the whale watching next week, hope you get home before we leave with the grandkids to San Ignacio
