Brunch at my house cancelled

I cannot believe this but we just got a notification that our storage locker in the states has to be vacated by feb 29. We just got back from a 2 week road trip so we cant leave right away.
So if any of you can have this at your house please let everyone know

We have several big folding tables and at least 4 resin chairs if that helps.

Our place is just not large enough. 2 thoughts:

1. Lunch at a nice place in San Jose SINCE THAT'S WHERE WE WERE ALL HEADING (IDEAS WOULD BE WELCOME -- Michoacana, Zippers, etc)

2. Wait til May and try again for even more Nomads.

We voted for May and are more likely to make it than.

Only come to La Paz 3 to 4 times a year and Feb. is not in that time frame.
No big deal Judy. Like the saying goes " Sh*t happens "

Well, I was feeling sad to be missing this lovely event, but not so sad as to wish it wouldn't happen:no:

So we'll be looking forward to whatever happens at a later time:yes:

It was just not meant to be as planned for this date.

We hope the storage locker emergency gets resolved without further stress. Dr's orders!

Bummer!

I'm sorry to miss the chance to meet you, but even sorrier that you have to move stuff to a new place--never a fun job.

I have decided that this is a good thing.
We needed to get rid of that storage unit anyway...If we havent needed something in 8 years, we probably dont need it at all.
We can talk about a new date when I get back!

Hope everything works out Judy,

Am looking forward to a later date.

As it so happens the cancelled date conflicted with the historical home tour in Todos Santos .... and now I don't have to decide between the two !!

Looking forward to meeting you,

CaboRon

Judy and I don't have a May date yet. I was just fishin and wishin when I suggested to her that we could have 2 gatherings for 2 groups - snowbirds and showbirds. She and I are open I think but it's her house so it you'll tell us when you'll be here in May perhaps we can pick a day that's the best for the most (so to speak).

Judy and Osprey, Don and I should be able to come down for a get-together after April 6 or so. From then on we're open through June most likely.
