Antonio ('BajaCactus') will be back!
I just got off the phone with Antonio and I wanted to let you guys know he was fine, just very occupied with all the new monitoring equipment Pemex is
making each station install.
Because El Rosario is so far from cities, Antonio has to do so much traveling and foot work himself to comply with the latest demands the Mexican
government oil monoply has placed on the franchise owners.
Antonio says his brother has been taking care of Baja Cactus Motel reservations at the motel email : motel@bajacactus.com
He has not been taking any time to read his own email (info@) or Baja Nomad. However, the end is in sight to this demand on his time... Antonio wanted
me to tell all his Nomad friends (in an Arnold Schwarzenegger voice), "I'LL BE BACK"!
Some photos of 'BajaCactus' Antonio, over the years since joining Baja Nomad ...

Thanks for letting us know, but PLEASE --- work on that Arnold voice a bit. I thought it sounded a bit like Pee Wee Herman.
I think the world is run by C- students.

we'll be in need of a confirmation in the next 2-4 weeks so this is welcome news............my wife thanks you for the update. your reply on another
thread (you know!!!), well, you know! after the 20 year rain event (from another nomad looking on from the shadows!) it seems that the area is a
blank canvas (make our day!)... no gringos because the mud is so thick it'll make you cry. if you REALLY wanna play bring a sat phone!
