Hey, I have to say something here

William and Susan took over La Bamba June 1st and they have done a fantastic job. They have daily specials that are wonderful. They will even email you a monthly menu so you can pick your favorites. If you are craving great American food this is a must do. They are closed until Feb 24 for remodeling . Please go try them again I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Mike and I go for lunch at least once a week. We love it,k:yes:

What if a bunch of Nomads showed up at one of their services? That might be quite a hoot!

Seems as if this is a very strange church .... There web site says they welcome people from many belief systems, but this does not seem to be the case based on the number of banned.
What's happening up there. Sounds like the ministers are on some kind of power trip or rather control trip.

I asked the same above but, seems nobody wants to verify their accusations so, It's a BS post until we hear otherwise.

Got thrown out of a catholic church in my hometown The Hague, Holland, for sneaking halfway up the tower and ringing the churchbell right in the middle of a service.
For an excuse, I was only maybe 8 or 9 years old though.:saint:

'member Ray Stevens?

"The Day the Squirrel Went Berzerk"

... in the New Self-Righteous Church..."

anybody remember that song? The video was an absolute, head-bangin' hoot!

"... in the sleepy little town of Pascagoula."

I love when that little rodent caused The Parting of the Folding Chairs.

There are quite a few characters here, so I already warned her ... should be fun to hear ... we're thinking of making a contest ... best suggestion gets a dinner at La Bamba (a restraunt that I gave a bad review, but many came to its defense, so we'll let the winner try it for us first because we are scared to try it again)

so we'll all meet tomorrow morning at this church in question?

Oh, don't count me in! Many other things to do! Like MAKE TAMALES for the tamale cook-off at the Baja Nomad Golf Tournament set for April 5 at Baja Country Club (Ensenada)! FDT: DO YOU HEAR THAT? Have you started your tamale engines?
