Cabo realtor turning people into Immigration

I heard that Cabo realtor Ina Yank is turning homeowner association board members into Cabo Immigration for not having FM3's or not including Board activities on FM3. Has anyone else had problems with her? Immigration just paid a visit the the members doors in Cabo. :fire::mad::fire:

What a dream come true.... I wish when I lived in the states there had been someone I could have turned my homeowners association board members in to. In the US they are really a pushy bunch..... If they are the same down here, maybe a little dicipline is in order.

And as I understand it an FM3 Work Visa is required to be on a board, or even to do volunteer work for that matter.

It is a requirement to have an FM3 or FM2 with a specific amendment to allow work on a condo board, if you are on such a board. I had one, and even then, (5 years ago) it took 3 hours with the head of immigration in Cabo to establish that I was, after all, fully legal. One of the homeowners had a beef with the president, and called in Immigration for the whole board. Not a good idea to try to bypass this!

Ina Yank...I know that name. I wonder if she lived in Newport Beach back in the sixties.

Just googled her and it's her. One and the same. Used to live next door in Newport. Havn't seen her for 40 years. Small world.
