i have been talking to the principal for many months. might even go see him next week. yes his plans are overthetop grandy ose but that is typ out of
the box cause he may only get permited a small % of what he wants. i can tell you this, they have a bunch of money which is job one on successful
developments. and its all private.

At least there seems to be some plan for the money they are pricing the lots at. I got an e-mail from a guy who is planning a development south of
San Bruno, no elec, no water, and they think they can get people to buy at $129,000.

interesting proposal: a community for people who own their own planes. Fly in, taxi to your home and tie down...? Are there other developments like
this around the world?

Yes there are many fly-in communities around the U.S. and elsewhere. They say the first one was developed post WWII (1946) in Carmel Valley
California. It was featured in Popular Mechanics for pilots to live at their own airport and taxi into their home hangar enabling them to commute to
work by private plane.
The most notorious person now using this method is John Travolta who taxis his personal Boeing 707 up to his home in Florida. I guess some dreams do
come true

hangar homes are a blast. we offer grande toy boxes too for those into RVs, bikes, cars, boats etc but not planes. everyone can use a bigger garage!
