Anyone remember this one?
In 1998 Burger King published a full page advertisement in USA Today announcing the introduction of a new item to their menu: a "Left-Handed Whopper"
specially designed for the 32 million left-handed Americans.
According to the advertisement, the new whopper included the same ingredients as the original Whopper (lettuce, tomato, hamburger patty, etc.), but
all the condiments were rotated 180 degrees for the benefit of their left-handed customers.
The following day Burger King issued a follow-up release revealing that although the Left-Handed Whopper was a hoax, thousands of customers had gone
into restaurants to request the new sandwich. Simultaneously, according to the press release, "many others requested their own 'right handed'
version."
Being a Big Mac person, I missed this.

I'm going to go catch some of the tuna and dorado that will be slamming lures inside the Santa Inez Islands. Actually I think I'll be able to reach
these huge schools of fish from shore with my surf rig.

Same old, same old. Paying rent as well as the usual bills that come in on the first. No jokes in that pile. Then it's off to the barn to shovel horse
p**P. That's no joking matter either!
Taco Bell buying the Liberty Bell got me on the Punta Banda message board though. Good one Vince.
Hope today provides some laughter for you too.

...as I read this, I am listening to the radio news intro which announced this upcoming news story, " we will be revisiting the 1957 Switzerland
spaghetti harvest".
I can hardly wait...

At least most of you are tucked in and warm down there in our wonderful baja. We're up here in frigid Washington freezing our butts off. Twenty four
chilly degrees this morning!. We're headed back down to Mulege next week. Anyone need anything from up here?

Well, Michael, since you asked....a large school of king salmon followed by some ling cod would be nice.
It's a brisk 71 degrees in the Bay right now...but it will warm up soon.

Here is a shot of our newest horse or maybe he is a dog ?
He likes to hang out around our place and seems to get along with both.
This morning he joined me for horse feeding.
Maybe he wants to go to Baja too ??

Since the bay is so clam this morning we are planning to launch the boat and head for the beach, before the wind comes up. Hopefully, we will see
some dolphins for our friends who are staying with us. Have a great April Fool's Day everyone. Of course, everyday in the Baja is a great day.
What we see depends mainly on what we look for.

eats canned food?
