I feel your pain my Canadian friend!, It has froze here a few times at night, I think that both of us need to go and check out the supply of fish taco's and margarita's in Baja, I would hate for Baja to run out of either.:dudette:

This sounds like a medical emergency for your little mutt. You must return to Baja----it is the only cure.

Don't delay!

We just got done throwing all our spare tires on the roof, parked the cars behind the house and tied the horse to a big tree. Now we're watching the window glass stretch in and out !

Just kidding but IT IS BLOWING OUT THERE !!!!

Wow, the weather is screwy everywhere.

Remember that the usual weather in Baja in the summer is pleasant on the Pacific Coast but very hot and humid on The Sea of Cortez. The SOC may not be the relief you are looking for.

In the Northern California foothills, west slope, there was an early May heatwave. Then it got cold and started raining. It stayed cold for about three weeks. We didn't see the sun for 10 days. Had to turn on the propane heater. I am saving a small stash of firewood for the fall and winter.

Now the weather is beautiful....around 80 F. Crickets chirping at night and mosquitos biting too.

I am testing a new (used) fishing boat on the local lakes and will tow it to Mulege next winter. There will be maybe one more week of surface fishing for trout and then they will seek cooler water, deeper down. Kokanee are here too.

:bounce:

Which reminds me
Q: Why does the LAPD leave Dodger stadium in the 7th inning?
A: They want to beat the crowd.:tumble:
