Por Fin...Soy Mexicana!!!!!!!!!!

I am so very proud/happy/relieved/excited to announce that today I have become a mexican citizen!!!! It has been an enlightening journey which has brought me to this day...this turning point in my life. I love this country and it's people for zillions of different reasons and now I can truly take part in it's future. I have been living the mexican lifestyle for many years and now I can really participate instead of standing on the sidelines. I now have the freedom to express myself, vote and exercise my rights as a mexicana. It has been a struggle to get to this point and I breathe a huge sigh of relief finally to arrive HERE....so amigos...join with me in celebrating! (and por favor...all you mexican haters, skeptics, critics...please dont rain on my parade for at least a day!)
On this fine canada Day...VIVA MEXICO!

Congrats! We know the trip to Mexico City was not easy---to say the least, but now it was worth it.

On this fine canada Day...VIVA MEXICO!

You just heightened my day Sheri. I recall sitting with you sharing a beer and you talking about just this. I am so happy for you. You ROCK! You have the best of both country's.

You just gave me goose bumps on my duck pimples girl.

Huge hugs to you.....

Felicidades Shari, now if we can only get just one citizenship for everyone, we would all be better off. Imagine, a citizen of Earth able to vote anywhere anytime for anyone and to live anywhere we wanted. I know, too many cervazas.
