Ugliest Gringo House in Todos Santos w/new pics on page four

Some people are apparently consumed with securtiy to the point of obscenity ....

When I first came upon this casa , at the end of the beach road Camino del Pacifico I thought it was a wharehouse ....

But, why a wharehouse on the beach ???

No this is one of three casas on this lot being built for gringos who don't aparently care if they are a blight on the neighborhood.

Also, these were designed by one of our leading architects ..

This first view is from Camino del Pacifico

These views are from the neighbor's homes ...

I call it the "Loading Dock Casa":P

C'mon Ron. This thing isn't even in the ground. Look at the base of the building in the first pic.

Don't understand your statement .....

I don't have a security business....

My security is actually living in my casa year round ....

I know, I know, that does not apply to 90% of my neighbors...

I watched them building this over the last few months ...

And the base actually goes down about three or four feet ....

You are seeing the black sealent on the concrete block...

CaboRon

I will be glad to provide the name of the designer via U2U if you would like to avoid her.

I'm having trouble believing this one. Who wants to live in a storage unit? Post a photo when the owners have moved in and have some potted plants and furniture on the front porch.

Will do ....

I spoke to one of the neighbors last Friday ...

She assured me it is indeed a casa.

It appears the steel panels slide aside to reveal the door and windows.

I am having trouble believing it also.

What do you think, Corky? Is this a fish restaurant waiting to happen? It's way to nice for a common house.
