Hey Jose,

the family is doing fine, thanks for asking. We're heading back to the Beach House for the Labor Day Weekend, the house is complete now.

My question is, what are you replacing the trucks with ??
A new Ford perhaps ?

But of course, already have it.

Bought an '06 Super Duty Longbed 4x4 Diesel F-350 to replace the '99 Super Duty.

And setting up a Tool Trailer to replace the Utility Truck.

Both trucks have given me excellant service throughout the years.

Congrats !
You know I love my big red F350 !

If I could sell my '94 F250, I would by your '99 in a second.
Loved that 7.3 Power Stroke !

Looks like a really nice truck... those who would be interested would most likely want to know how many miles are on it.
Good Luck on the SALE.

Hi Ford Lovers - just being pesky here but

Lighter, more dependable, and more manueverable, gas mileage...
TOYOTA - OOh what a feeling! Old school RE-22 engine...
Lacks the power, but those 4 cylinders just want to run and run!

i know, you guys run fishing boats and the little toyotas aren't good
for that...carting them and towing them and stuff...but still, just saying-
mexican locals love their toyotas (and many love their fords too)...

just rousting up the ford crew - its all good

Ya, thanks for the Toyota plug. I happen to own one also with the RE22 motor, and yes, awesome "little" truck.

But seriously, do you really believe there is a comparison at all between a "Toy" and a one ton work truck?

Warrior-

Regarding comparing a little sturdy Toyota and 1 ton work truck...
You are right, no comparison...Different needs and different trucks..
What year is your Toyota with the RE22...I just bought an early 90's
4Runner and its a beater on the outside with 40K on a rebuilt engine...
The seller re-upped many of the bits and I had it check through with my
mechanic...Like you said, though, you can't get "work" done (i.e. tow boats, haul
lumber, haul soil or rocks) on a little Toyota like that...Speaking of, I have
a gringo friend in Todos who's a landscaper and he tried to move rocks in his
truck bed of "little toyota" like SR5 from 98 or something and sure enough
pretty much busted some suspension thing and his truck stands funny now...

The Ford you are selling could easily haul whatever, including putting a panga
on top of that black rack, gas tanks and couple honda motors in the bed...

Your white ford looks clean and with only 74 K - the truck is broken in but still FRESH
and READY...

Good luck with your SALE...

Warrior - nice looking photo bucket photo there of your 2 trucks...
Good look, one towing the other...a beautiful thing if you like trucks (which I do...)...
My wife says as long as I admire trucks and not other women, everything's cool...
So, I guess "car porn" or in this case "truck porn" is okay...Anyways, happy trails!
