can't do it now - i am waiting for the market to bottom. it is still sliding but hasn't hit the low tank yet.
some day maybe......lots of time to speculate.
i have always liked the Oasis tho. I think he is actually selling some lots to fee title status, if you could call it that ANY place in Mulege which
is 99% Ejido land. But i think this deal is a land lease which i'll never do again.
as i've said many times - people buy on emotion and sell on need.

I didn't know west marine made pangas. Can you provide some more details? Why don't you just take it to Cabo and we can use it there.

i used the term "bail" euphamistically
without intent to disparage.
so you can say yes I too bailed but it wasn't about ability to pay, more a decision to give it up at an opportune time (excellent offer on my trailer)
and to choose to look at new and different options for the future.
6 plus years at the same place gets boring when with an aero plane one can explore lots of venues easily and conveniently. Like we used to do all the
time before we got tied to doing Mulege constantly because we had digs there.
what a rumour mill that riverville is. another reason to find new
horizons. I'd hate to be stuck there with a big property in a volitile market.
