A new one?

With the recent news of slowing (stopping) developments, I was surprised to receive this in my e-mail box today......

Mood: Luminescent Waves at Rosarito Beach

I got that one too. The development in right on the cuota off-ramp at the Real del Mar golf course. I don't know if that area is called Playas de Tijuana or Rosarito Beach norte.

There's been a stream of sewage water running in the gulley north of the project going out to the ocean for many years. On the south side is San Antonio del MArs infamous sewage gulley. The complex is on the bluff in between the two gulleys. It looks like a road is being put in for the projects' beach access at the north gulley. yuk.

Their website wants to capture your info. I think I've registered :rolleyes:in enough bad places or I wouldn't have gotten their invite e-mail.
