We bought a rottweiler from Sylvia - I think Wumpus would be right at home - he enjoys eating barbed wire and the cárcel cubist look.

Wow. This thread strikes me as mean-spirited and is getting more so by the day. Reminds me of busy-bodies who complain when the next door neighbor breaks the condo association rules. :barf: Let's leave whoever's house this is alone. I think when I get home this evening I'm going to start a new thread called "most excellent baja houses" where we get to post pics of casas that we feel best represent the spirit of Baja, Mexico. :fire:

Clearly there is a vision, a plan and well executed. It will likely serve well when complete. One must keep in mind that things in baja are different and suited to the environment and the task.

some baja architecture critics build their vacation homes out of an old trailer, added an attached lean-to built of palm fronds, and decorate their roofs with barrels of water -- they are ones to talk -- locals ought to run such trailer trash out of town :lol:
