It is early yet, but the aspens up high are turning yellow. Maybe three more weeks until the peak. jim

Skipjack----love your Mono Lake story. Many, many years ago I introduced a friend to Mono Lake----the first thing he did was think he needed to taste the water just to see how salty it was----boy, never saw anyone spit water out that far. :lol::lol:

The battle to save Mono Lake has been so important and the history of that area so interesting.

Stimbo, those pictures of Mono are outstanding---talk about finding the right light!
