Glad to hear you're okay--maybe we'll see you off the beaten path in Baja someday (eh, when I get to move back from Texas...).

Ken, bring that rum down here so we can sip it while watching Dust to Glory and the Baja Flo movies (I have all three)! We have guest room, so no
drinking and driving required...

I do have my Cafe Liqueur from the Peruvian Amazon to drink...Maybe a case of SOL would round things up nicely...

Good work...a lot of people just gripe about needing to live healthier, and you are actually doing it.
Oh, and happy 40th! I celebrated mine in August.

40? Ken?
I'm not going to Baja anymore with you! They will get me for suspicion of child molesting!

Now that's interesting!
I haven't given my age in halves since I was about 12. Back then it was to convince my friends that I was MORE than 12.
But now we're at the other end of the spectrum. The reasons for fractions have changed. Perhaps rounding down to the nearest decade would be good too.

Muchas Gracias, amigo. Tomorrow morning, I am visiting with my doctor, and hopefully, I can discard half of these new meds I began taking a few weeks
ago. After only 5 pushups, I became dizzy and unable to focus for over an hour. How is junk like that supposed to help a person lower their weight,
and risk for a heart attack over the long term? Argh!
