Looking for a really cool day of the dead skeleton

Hi, I'm looking for a really cool picture of a day of the dead skeleton. If any one has one they don't mind sharing, it would be appreciated!

If you place the body in lime that will do it in time ....

or, you can boil the bones to clean them :lol::lol:

Isn't that recipe from the 2007 narco body disposal cookbook?

She's fantastic. Is that a dog she is holding on a leash? If so, does it have bones showing on the side the camera isn't showing?

Very cool. She's making me feel like busting out the paper mache and getting busy.

Did you buy her locally? It looks like something you might have found at the art gallery Berta used to have in Cantu. (I think that was her name)

That is one of the best I have ever seen in Baja or on the mainland. She is WONDERFUL

What is her name, and surely, her dog has a name?

It's not a real person, ya know. Probably never was. It's the clothes that have you thinking like this, ya know. Ya really have to look closely, I know ya know.

OK, maybe that is not a dog, but I just don't believe she is not real----she deserves a name.

How can she share living space with no name?

Or at least I think she is real.

Diane

She looks like an "Olivia" to me.

Edit: Maybe "Tia Francesca".

It's not just the clothes Dennis. I think even if she were bone naked she'd still deserve a name.

Her name is Vanny. Our friends had a Volkswagon Vanagon they wanted to sell. I put it on Craigslist for them and they got WAY more $$$ than they thought they would ever get for it. So they gave a little commission and I used it to buy the skeleton. And we named her Vanny for the Vanagon.

She was purchased at one of the two "art" shops just before you enter the Estero Beach Resort. We hear Vanny has a boyfriend now so we need to get over to that shop and pick him up so he join her.

And yes, she is holding an umbrella, but I love the dog idea!

I found these at a shop in Ensenada. If you look close you will see they are not cheap, as they were very well made. They stood about 1' high.
