Baja fuel prices

Just saw this ... "Premium gasoline rose from 9.21 to 9.25 pesos per liter, gasoline Magna rises from 7.38 to 7.41 pesos per liter, and diesel goes up from 6.58 to 6.63 pesos per liter."

Above snippet taken from here - dated 9/15/08.

Anyone know if the price has increased since 09/15/08?

It's been creeping up regularly. However, in the article quoted, note that the increase is by centavos not pesos. We buy diesel, 70 pesos bothered me, but then I realized it was 70 centavos. There's going to be steady increases across the board. Still a great buy compared to the U.S.

I just paid $2.78/gallon in Chula Vista today. Recessions are good for some things.

Diesel at Hwy 5 and Hwy 3 in Mexicali at the Toll Road Pemex was 6.51 per liter this past weekend, they were only giving 10.3 exchange rate, but we had enough pesos with us to pay for fuel for our trip.

Nope, that's not my Morena. She obviously pleases easily, so she won't mind the junk I roll around in every day.

I just filled my truck at $3.09/GAL here in Costa Mesa. About $67. I filled it last monday in Playas De Tijuana and it was $56. A little cheaper but nothing to get excited about.
When it was $20 a tank full cheaper I could get a little excited.
