The problem is when you read the fine print it is really $58 per room:

"Only $29 per night

*Price per person, based on a two-person standard room. Offer valid Sundays through Thursday until February 19th, 2009, except for U.S. holidays, subject to availability. Rates plus tax. Reservations are required and no other discounts apply. Limited availability. Blackout dates apply. Advance reservation required."

$58 still a good deal. I've always loved the Rosarito Beach Hotel.

Even at $58 per night per room it's a deal for everyone except the poor sucker who owns the unit. The Hotel splits the revenue 50/50 with the actual condo-hotel unit owners.
