Have him go to the East Port off of the Interstate 8 which takes him to the new 7 byway/highway to the East Port. Stay in the far right lane it will take him up into lane right next to the Immigration Building and Secondary will just nod when you say Visa Immigration. He will proceed to a another set of buildings and good parking in order to walk back to glass building he passed by when being nerous telling Mexican Secondary "Visa Immigration." No problems really friendly and helpful. Later-----bajafun777
