Clever Baja TV Show

What's clever about this Discovery Channel "true documentary," which I stumbled onto by accident and didn't get its title, is that these two guys drove all the way to LA Bay without passing by a house of any kind and never saw any people either. That couldn't have been easy.

A storm blew in and sank their Hobie [sp ?] Cat, leaving them at the mercy of the sea--although there also had to be a camera crew with a boat, which didn't get mentioned.

Washed ashore on Guardian Angel Island, they spent four whole days there, eating crabs that must have been raw since they had no cooking gear, hallucinating, and nearly dying of thirst. [The camerra crew apparently wasn't into sharing its food and water.]

In case these two guys happen to be Nomads I won't mention their names--but hafta say that Graham did the Angel Island gig a whole lot better.

It is called "I survived" (sobrevivi). They show a dramatic reenactment of incidents like that on the island. I've seen several chapters. Some of them are good and may be a bit educational for some.

Dramatic reenactment is okay, but IMO removing all signs of human activity from LA Bay seems questionable.
