Do You Know What You're Missing?

I hope all you Nomads who are basking in the Sunshine know what you're missing up here in the Great White North!

All we have to say is "Damn are we jealous!":(

Hope to be back down just after the Christmas Holiday/New Year celebration and dig our toes in the sand.

Jonesing for a margarita from Ana's and paddle in the Lagoons

Memories

I spent a winter in New Hampshire one year. All of us carried these special window scrapers that you had to use on your windshield because it took the defroster forever to get warm enough. And even then the VW's was so weak only a corner cleared up making it necessary to drive with your face 2" from the windshield. Everything you did in winter was an undertaking. Even walking up the steps to the front door could send you flying on the ice.

Oh, so you're talkinga bout me the other day when I went to take out the garbage and fell down the back stairs.

While I lay there cussing Old Man Winter, I can hear my wife Cindy in the House laughing hysterically.

Rather than come out and see if I'm all right (I slid down all 5 stairs on my butt with head bouncing off each step) She just stayed in the house laughing her guts out

This being home for the holidays is gotten old real quick. Next year if the family wants to see us for Christmas, they can come visit in Baja;D

Pat,

I LOVE that picture. I love what it says, and I love the way you composed it. But, I am sure glad we are not there!

Can't wait to see you and Cindy back in Bahia Asuncion!

Diane

What do yoo mean "basking"? This morning was so chilly I had to put on a sweater. I'm getting ready to start complainging about the cold weather--winter is almost here.

Talk about a chore, try loading the toys up when it's 18 degrees outside:fire:

In order to hook up the straps, you have to have your gloves off, and it just isnt fun.

I'd take sitting on a beach sipping a warm beer right now over the one I have that's frozen from sitting it on the ground while I hooked everything up
