thought I"d do something different next year...start smoking, gain weight, get up late, no exercise, drink more, be nasty to everyone, and give up bajanomad.......NOT!
Just kidding....next year, I vow to just be a bit better in every way possible. I wish all the best for 2009 to my old nomad buddies, soon to be nomad pals, lurkers, newbies and even you banned badboys/girls.

I'm pretty fit, don't smoke anything, have a great wife and kid...maybe another kid is in order...?

All that aside, I'd want to become more proficient in Spanish. Nothing shows more love for a country you're visiting than learning it's language...and I do love the Baja.

I'm not fit, and definitely not pretty. Smoked pretty much everything that's been passed this way; got no wife and no kids (lucky them). And to quote postholedigger -
"All that aside, I'd want to become more proficient in Spanish. Nothing shows more love for a country you're visiting than learning it's language...and I do love the Baja."
More and more every day...

No New Years resolutions here!

If you feel the need to make resolutions best do so in the Spring, you are far more likely to keep them. ;)

The only resolution we have is to continue working towards living in Baja full-time, and thats a year round, ongoing resolution.

As you were.
