Members of organized crime have been given orders to stop gruesome killings, and warned by their bosses that those that do not respect orders, will be severely punished.

Looks like the region might be in for some calmer days.

If the federal government has this much influence, why didn't they use it five years ago!!! It's called damage control but, it may be too late. They have screwed themselves.

Translating spanish articles

Go to Google-language tools and look for translate page.
Besure its from Spanish to English.

Take the http// address that you have copied and paste it into the translate page line. THEN check to make sure you don't have http// http// in the begin of the url, you probably will so just erase the first one and hit translate.

Works like a dream.

OK here's how to solve this situation. I see up there somewhere that the narcos want and save DOLLARS. time to re-issue the dollars so that look different and need to be exchanged or deposited in a bank. won't this move make those narco dollars worth less the paper they're printed on? poof! there goes their net worth at least their liquid assets anyway.

It's corruption and cowardice. The isn't a plea bargain because the cartels will still continue to operate. This is morality turned on its ear. But it is typical Mexico.

Sorry. 4 pesos. The point is gas is getting more expensive here when they just said they were going to stabilize the price, lower electircit rates for businesses and decrease natural gas by 10% for everyone. Or was that distorted?

It doesn't speak of eliminating murders,

Just gruesome ones such as the beheadings.

So they can still kill ,

Aparently sanctioned by the Mexican gov't.

Police spray painting kids who spray paint.
