Property taxes in Los Cabos


and Cabo San Lucas can now be paid on line with a credit card.

eloscabos.gob.mx is the link. It's in Spanish but easy to figure out.

Yep, paid three parcels this morning, they email you a confirmation and receipt

Wondering how expensive your property taxes are down there. We could not believe how cheap they are in Bahia Asuncion and wondered if it is just because of the rural area.

Last year ours were less than $50.00.

I've always paid through The Settlement Company and it runs about $83.00 US a year plus the wire transfer. I just have a parcel, no structure.

Just for giggles, on my condo in CSL and the garage (they call that two parcels) its just under 300. usd

We also paid with credit card this year...$118 USD for a condo that is one block from Medano Beach & the Mall.
