World Vets in Loreto: A Good News Post

All this week World Vets [www.worldvets.org] are in Loreto working at the Animalandia clinic [www.animalandia.org] spaying and neutering dogs and cats. Today alone 60 animals were brought in. The community of Loreto deeply thanks you, World Vets. And a hearty special thank you goes to Linda Nicholls, who, along with her volunteers, is preparing and serving meals to World Vets all week long. It is an amazing thing happening in Loreto—a world model.

Funds are needed to purchase suture and medicines and other necessary supplies. US tax-deductible contributions, 100% of which go to support surgeries, can be sent to:

scroll about half way down the page for Marla's pic. and write up.

I'm a loyal reader of the Indy and came across this in the printed version when it first came out. Recognized the name as a Nomad. Hope you don't mind.

Good on you, Marla!

I'm honored—

Thanks Camote. I am now, as I was when I got the news, honored and humbled by the accolades. My other two loves (beyond my husband of 20 years) are studying the history and genealogies of Loreto's first families; and
Animalandia—our free spay/neuter clinic we built in Loreto.
